Thom & Caroline Klos, owners of Madison Joans Creative, are pleased to offer clients our diverse knowledge and experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing, and sales. We are creative minds that thrive on fresh, clean designs and appreciate the strength of being classic and timeless but also enjoy the challenge of being different and innovative. We are the vehicle to take your vision from brainstorm to reality.
We also build relationships. We are most comfortable talking directly to our customers whether over the phone or in person and e-mail when required. We enjoy technology but not as our conductor of customer service. You will never have to press any numbers to speak to us (just after a tone on voicemail is all we ask). We want to create a business relationship with our customers that is mutually based on kindness, respect and dignity.
We strongly believe that there are 3 things in business and in life that we cannot compromise on: character, reputation and integrity. As well, having a balanced life is equally important which we view as: Faith, Family, Work. And by the way, “Who is Madison Joans?” you ask. Madison Joans is not one person but a combination of two – James Madison Eaton and Joan Eaton. As a tribute to our beloved family members we combined their names, to name our company, as a symbol of our love, honour and respect.
